### From group to distribution.

#### Define the group.

Provide the co-investor list, individual allocations and deal terms; we structure the account and the allocations.

#### Parallel KYC and signatures.

PEaX sends digital KYC requests to every investor simultaneously, investment forms are signed in the same flow, and the signed documents are filed in one organized place for the deal. No bottlenecks, no waiting for one investor to unblock the next.

#### Funds collected.

Each investor transfers their portion to the group account. PEaX tracks receipt and flags any outstanding amounts.

#### Conditions met, distribution runs.

On completion, net proceeds are distributed to each investor per the allocation, with individualized statements for every recipient.
