# Psagot Equity

> Licensed escrow and trustee account infrastructure for Israeli deals: M&A, investor pooling, purchase groups, equity plans and real estate, operated on the PEaX platform. Two service layers: Account Services (licensed account infrastructure under a FASP license, no. 71808; payment accounts under a PSP license that is in process, no trust layer) and Trust Services (Psagot Equity acts as trustee, account included). Shared onboarding supports currently available services. Payment accounts remain unavailable while the PSP license application is in process.

Psagot Equity is the licensed counterparty that holds and moves the money in an Israeli transaction. It is not a bank, not a law firm and not a broker: it opens the regulated account, acts as trustee or paying agent where the structure needs one, and executes payments against conditions defined when the account is opened.
