Funds release only when the documented closing conditions are met, and both parties and both lawyers watch the same account state in real time. #### Foreign residents

Buying from abroad, without flying in.

Foreign buyers face Israeli withholding rules, residency verification and FX, and they face it from another country. Open at the stage banks say no.

Under the Israeli Sale Law, 1974, a developer may collect up to 7% of each unit’s price before a guarantee is in place. The problem: at that early stage, before bank financing exists, the banking system makes these accounts very hard to open. We provide the solution that works: buyer deposits held in a dedicated escrow account, tracked per unit, documented, and released as the law’s conditions are met.
