Pool multiple co-investors into a single account, with contribution and distribution tracking per investor and the payout logic locked in before the first transfer. Investors sign the investment documents digitally, and every signed document is kept in one organized place for the deal. No vehicle, no trust layer, just the group’s money managed properly.
One account that knows which dollar belongs to whom.
Multiple co-investors share a single account, but every contribution, every distribution and every transaction is tracked per investor, with a consolidated view and a per-investor view in PEaX. Investment forms are signed digitally on PEaX, and the signed documents stay filed in one place for the deal.

Predefined distributions
Every payment mapped before the first dollar moves.
Distribution logic is locked in at account opening: by percentage, by waterfall, by priority. No reinventing the math at every payment, no disputes about whose share is whose.

Investor-side notifications on every distribution
An account, not a vehicle
A dedicated account for collecting and distributing investor funds.
This is the lighter structure: one licensed account that collects, tracks and distributes the group’s funds, with no trust services attached. When the group needs the asset itself held in a vehicle, that is our Investor Pooling service, where the trust itself holds the investment: Psagot Equity acts as trustee and the shares sit in the trustee’s name.

How it works
From group to distribution.
01
Define the group.
Provide the co-investor list, individual allocations and deal terms; we structure the account and the allocations.
02
Parallel KYC and signatures.
PEaX sends digital KYC requests to every investor simultaneously, investment forms are signed in the same flow, and the signed documents are filed in one organized place for the deal. No bottlenecks, no waiting for one investor to unblock the next.
03
Funds collected.
Each investor transfers their portion to the group account. PEaX tracks receipt and flags any outstanding amounts.
04
Conditions met, distribution runs.
On completion, net proceeds are distributed to each investor per the allocation, with individualized statements for every recipient.
How are individual investors protected in a pooled account?
Per-investor ledgers attribute every shekel, the waterfall is locked in writing before the first transfer, and the account is held under our FASP license, with funds fully segregated.
Does this change who administers the investment?
No. The account does not change the administrator or the organizer, and it does not manage anything related to the asset itself. We manage the flow of funds only: collection, tracking and distribution. Everything else stays exactly where it is.
Is this a trust service?
No. This is an account service: the group’s money is collected, tracked and distributed through licensed account infrastructure, and no trustee is involved.
When do we need Investor Pooling instead?
When the group needs the investment itself held in a vehicle: shares or securities registered in a trustee’s name. The group account manages money; in Investor Pooling the trust itself holds the asset. Many groups start here and move up when the deal requires it.
