A dedicated account for Israeli real estate purchase groups.
A designated account for the real estate purchase group itself, operated by the group’s representation committee. Built around Israeli co-ownership and representation structures, with transparent per-member tracking. When the group appoints a trustee, the trustee works alongside the committee, with defined account permissions, verifying that the committee’s actions follow its authorization.
Built to make it easier for your representative to manage.
The account is managed by the group’s representation committee. If a trustee is appointed under the group’s arrangements, the trustee receives defined oversight and approval permissions. Each action is documented in the account.
Operated by the group’s representation committee
Trustee permissions for oversight and approval, built into the account
Every action recorded against the committee’s authorization
Per-member transparency
Every member sees their share, and only their share.
Each member’s contributions, expenses and entitlements are tracked separately. PEaX shows each member their own ledger, while the representation committee sees the consolidated view. The ledger covers activity in the account itself; anything arranged outside it, such as loans members take privately, is not reflected.
Per-member ledger access in PEaX
Group-level consolidated view for the committee
Real-time visibility into each member’s status
Designed for group cash-flow reality
Member calls, supplier payments, tax. Handled at the structure level.
Purchase groups have transaction-related cash flows: capital calls, payments according to agreed milestones and schedules, tax events and eventual transfers of property rights. This account supports the transaction under our FASP license, with funds fully segregated. After our Asset Payment Account launches, we can assess its use for ongoing payments alongside this account.
Member capital calls and reminders
Stage and milestone payments through the transaction
Ongoing supplier payments may be supported through the Asset Payment Account after it launches
How it works
From group setup to milestone release.
01
Group setup.
Provide the member list, individual purchase shares and the agreed payment schedule with milestone definitions.
02
KYC and account opening.
Parallel KYC collection from all members; the group purchase account opens in days.
03
Stage payments collected.
Members pay each stage into the account per the schedule. PEaX tracks receipt and notifies on completion.
04
Milestone verified, payment released.
Each milestone is confirmed before the stage payment is released, with the trustee’s approval where its permissions require it, and full documentation to the group.
Does the group need a trustee to open this account?
The account opens for the group and its representation committee. When the group appoints a trustee, as most do, the trustee receives specific permissions in the account and verifies that the committee’s actions follow its authorization. The account is built for exactly that division of roles.
Is this a trust service?
No. This is an account service under our FASP license, with funds fully segregated and no trust layer. Trust services, where Psagot Equity acts as trustee, are a separate part of the house.
What does each member see?
Their own ledger: contributions, expenses and entitlements, in real time on PEaX. The representation committee sees the consolidated view. No member sees another member’s position.
